XIII Collective was built from a simple belief: athletes deserve protection, clarity, and strategy, not pressure, shortcuts, or hype. As NIL and athlete representation continue to evolve, too many athletes are being asked to make long-term decisions without fully understanding the consequences. I created this agency to change that. I am currently pursuing my Master of Studies in Law (MSL) in Sports and Entertainment from the University of Southern California, which is why I lead with a legal-informed, education-first and compliance-aware approach to athlete representation and NIL strategy. My work sits at the intersection of athlete representation, NIL strategy, and long-term brand development. I support college, high school, and professional athletes in navigating opportunities with intention while protecting eligibility, reputation, and future earning power beyond the game.

NIL rules for high school athletes vary by state, school district, and athletic association. XIII Collective Sports Group provides education-first, compliance-aware advisory services, but NIL permissibility is ultimately governed by local regulations.
Before engaging in any NIL activity, families should understand that some states prohibit NIL compensation for high school athletes, other states allow NIL only with restrictions or required approvals, school districts or athletic associations may impose additional rules, and NIL activity may impact eligibility, recruiting, or amateur status.
